Fourth Software generated their leads primarily through traditional marketing, such as trade shows and events, and wanted to evolve their marketing to include digital marketing as a lead generator for the B2B sales pipeline in the UK. I helped Fourth to create and execute a digital marketing plan, which included, hiring and working with the digital agency that re-designed the company site to be SEO and mobile-friendly, as well as, adding lead capture forms. Also, I worked on a strategy to target the buyer's during their journey in the Hospitality industry, advised on a new marketing organization structure, and created, launched and managed the Google Pay-Per-Click campaigns to generate leads.
With this project, I helped the SVP of Marketing for Fanatics and their marketing team to create a customer retention program to increase the lifetime value of their customers, thus increasing sales and improving ROI. After 3 - 6 months of testing the new customer retention program, we were able to increase revenues of Fanatics' members by 23%. I then provided expert advice and strategic planning to help them succeed in the long run.
